Live programmes
Events & webinars
Live formats built around a question worth an hour of a marketing leader's time - moderated by the editors who cover the subject.
What this covers
- Sponsored webinarsA single-sponsor session on an agreed topic, promoted to the briefing list and the relevant desk.
- Virtual roundtablesSmall, closed-door discussions between practitioners, run under agreed attribution rules.
- Industry panelsMulti-speaker sessions moderated by an editor, with the sponsor disclosed to attendees.
- Research eventsA live presentation of a study, with the method open to questions from the audience.
- Registration campaignsPromotion, registration pages and reminders, using the same consent capture as our gated reports.
- Post-event deliveryRegistrant and attendee data delivered with consent records and engagement detail.
How it works
- 01Format
Topic, format, speakers and date agreed. We say no to sessions that are a product demo in disguise.
- 02Promotion
Registration page built, promoted to the briefing list and the relevant RADAR desk.
- 03Delivery
Editor-moderated on the day, recorded where the speakers agree to it.
- 04Follow-up
Registrant and attendance data delivered with consent records, plus the recording where agreed.
The standards that apply
- Sponsorship is disclosed to registrants before they register, and again on the day.
- Editors moderate; they do not read a sponsor script.
- Attendee data is delivered only where the registrant consented to sponsor contact.
- Sessions that are purely a product pitch are declined.
These are the same rules described in our editorial standards. Commercial work never changes what independent coverage says.
